Summer Workouts Now Posted on the Team File Link
Our Summer work out is posted in the Wrestling Files link. Remember that if you play soccer or football or even run cross country that those sports go before wrestling. It may work out that you can attend both but I know that it will not work with football. We will be running and lifting with the football team and then getting mat time immediately after that.
