JACK BRITT HIGH SCHOOL: 5
The boys varsity team lost 2-5 to Jack Britt. We had 2 good days of practice before the game, but failed to take what we worked on in practice to the game. Actually, it was just a failure to match Jack Britt's intensity that cost us the game. Jonavan McKinnon added some intensity to our game the moment he stepped on the field. We immediately got a penalty kick for Darwin Lopez-Garcia to convert. Second 1/2 we came out with more intensity and created several good chances, one of which was a great free kick taken by Kaylon Diaz.
We return to action on Tuesday at St. Pauls then we play Richmond on Wednesday. Our team is a good one, we just have to start and finish games with maximum intensity and teamwork.
