Bucktown Welcomes Coach Termell Middlebrooks

Tremell Middlebrooks has been named the new Girls' Basketball Coach at Hoke County High School. Middlebrooks brings with him an impressive resume’ in 15 seasons of coaching, an appearance in the NCHSAA State 2A Playoffs with Anson High School after only 2 seasons, Improving their win total from 3 wins to double digits in one year. At Palisades High School in Charlotte, NC, he took a JV team playing a varsity schedule finishing with double digit wins. He also coached AAU in Georgia and NC. Coach Middlebrooks served as a Student Assistant Coach at Voorhees University. Middlebrooks is the father of 3 children Octavia(24), Olivia(13), and Jayden(15). Married to Mrs. Lajauna Middlebrooks for 23 years. Coach Middlebrooks has the whole Hoke County community behind him.
Coach Middlebrooks commented:
"I am excited about what is happening at Hoke County and the future that lies ahead. You have to build and make kids believe in themselves. Kids can win anywhere, especially Hoke County. They have been laying a foundation for a few years. Now, with confidence, high energy and the community backing us things can happen.”
