Lady Bucks topped the Lady Cavaliers with the best game played by Hoke's women's basketball team this year. From start to finish the Lady Bucks were in total control of the game in all facets of the game. The Bucks would outscore the Cavaliers in the opening period 13 - 0 and continue the scoring run into the second period. The Run would end with the Bucks up 18 - 0. The Cavaliers would when score with 5:30 left in the second and go on their own run 7- 2 to cut the lead to 20 - 7 at the half. Again the rebound was strong for the Bucks as they pulled down 21 rebounds in the first half led by Janiya Hofflers 6. In the second half, the scoring and defense continued as Hoke started to pull away outscoring the Cavaliers 13 - 4 in the third quarter. The Bucks were led by Brianna Redmond and Lailah Crowder as they scored 10 of the 13 points. In the fourth frame, the rebounding secured the win and the Lady Bucks won by a final of 46 - 20. The scoring was balanced as all players scored points and recorded a rebound during the game. Lailah Crowder with 15 and Brianna Redmond with 12 would lead all scorers for the game. Again Janiya Hoofller would lead the Bucks with 11 rebounds and Morgan Harrelson would add 8.
